17yo new here

I am 17 years old. Have started fapping and watching porn at the age of 12. Recently, I always feel a sense of guilt and loneliness after masturbating. I also don't feel any more pleasure in it. did a quick research online and found that my brain could have already been desensitised to porn -due to addiction. I am looking forward to using this site to become a better person. Please give me some advice on how to start and wish me luck.
