    I just came back from working out, damn I'm weak right now.

    School was good. I got to talk to someone about Netflix which is great since I don't usually talk to them.

    Overall today's urges came and went like a wave. Temptation was there but it wasn't anything major.

    Keep on keeping on.

    Today I completed day 27/30. I suffer from bad concentration, I am thinking about switching to a Mode of ejaculating every 14 days like taoists recommand it for my age. Does anyone know, if the concentration problem gets better after some time? I was best some days after I started until start of fourth week. But now I don't really have a secured benefit.

    Those are just withdrawal symptoms. Its normal and yes it will pass. Youre basically rewiring your brain, ofcourse its going to be unpleasant but those symptoms are temporary trust me

    This right here is your brain desperately trying to recieve that dopamine spike. Dont fall for this rationalization. For a PMO addict, masturbation itself is harmful and this will ultimately lead to a full blown PMO relapse. Been there

    This is a recovery process with no easy way out. Remember that
