ejaculate in sleeping

    I've been in hardmode for 2 months, but after the middle of last month I've been ejaculating every week in sleep, I don't know what to do, because I see that I lose my benefits and can't continue my hardmode.
    If anyone knows anything I can do, I would be grateful.

    That's normal during nofap i have several during a month,few times it happens two night in a row,that is called noctural emission,but i don't lose benefits,i think you don't too but you think you do :) .That is normal function body do.
