After today I'll have my first full 3 weeks of no PM! I gotta say though right now I'm getting some temptations, which is why I'm checking in. At least now I know continued exposure to talking about P scenes are a bit of a trigger. But no worries, that's my bad for not recording sooner. If I go another 9 days I'll have completed NNN very easy mode so that's keeping me going too!

Imma stay strong for y'all and for myself. I promise you.

P.S. I referred to NNN as "very easy" mode because 1: I wasn't abstaining from O during NNN (which makes it easy mode to me) and 2: I relapsed twice, one on the 6th, once on the 12th before I restarted NNN (which makes changes the difficulty to very easy).

I failed on day 3... it was day 6 of NoFap. It's one of the longest times without PMO since I was 13. I'm almost 33 now.

I need to start thinking one day at a time rather than too far ahead I think.

Resetting and starting again.
