Day 2/90 88 to go
Had a very rough day again. been working around but very stressed out.

 

Not yet. I started from the reverse. bought all the three books. i was more interested in harari's analysis of the present. after finishing this will go back to sapiens.I am sure as u tell me its better. Thats his forte, historical analysis.

 

Bro learn from it. see why it is happening. and then resolve strongly.

 

Wow lot of activity on the group today or maybe its always like this?
Update- Couldnot check all tthe boxes i had laid out yesterday as i had a late start to the day today...Exercised today for an hour..but didnot meditate, didnot read the mandated pages from the book, only read the newspapers, sleeping kate today as my family was out for party but its an excuse...Not feeling bad. will rectify tmrw. Stay strong guys. Day 1.

 

Guys who have had very long streaks and "know" what helps please give very few pointers thag will help us on the journey.
1. My usual triggers are being alone
2. thinking that i can watch P just one more time, its ok, immeditaly feeling shit later hitting my self esteem

Just finished 60 days challenge yesterday
So today is the day that i will see my LDR Gf again on our 1st sexual date is a failure because i got ED.. i will see the power of nofap today

Hello everyone, three days until 50. I think the flatline thing was in my head or maybe work related. The next day was all good and that’s where I am now. I hope all is well with everyone.
