    1- diet :

    Eat this :-

    - red meats
    - animal organs
    - butter
    - tallow or lard
    - olive oil
    - coconut oil
    - rice
    - oats
    - bread
    - pastries
    - pasta
    - macroni
    - nuts and seeds
    - fruits
    - veggies
    - orange juices
    - Lemon juice
    - milk
    - cheese
    - peanut butter
    - beans
    - coffee
    - female asshole
    - vagina
    - white honey
    - water
    - water
    - water
    -...... And water
    - tuna
    - fish
    - shrimp
    - seafood in general
    - dates




    Avoid this or use it in moderation :

    - Soy
    - tomatos
    - ketchup
    - mayo
    - vegtable oils
    - deep fried food
    - sugar
    - green tea
    - black tea
    - plastic plates and spoons and bottles
    - desserts (i personaly love donuts so i eat it in moderation)
    - most vegan foods
    - most diet foods
    - careals like cornflakes
    - high-fructose corn syrup
    - alcohol


    2- Sleep :

    - You should sleep in a dark cold room
    - avoid foods and drinks 3-6 hours or more before sleep (i personaly have dinner at 6 p.m and stop eating 6 hours until bed time, so this means that i sleep at 12 p.m)
    - avoid light exposure at night
    - relaxe and sleep


    3- reduce cortisol (strese hormone) :

    - meditation
    - yoga
    - relaxe and rest
    - focus on here and now
    - deep breathing exercises
    - avoid too much coffiane (no more than 3 small cups a day)
    - avoid phsyological stress


    4- movement :

    - lifting weights and calisthinecs (no more than 1 hour)
    Or
    - running/jogging (no more than 1 hour)
    Or/and
    - take long walks (no more than 1-3 hours)
    Or/and
    - physical yoga
    - isometric exercises like the plank and the handstand.
    - all typs of sports


    5- seed retention/sexual transumatation. Avoid orgasms as much as you can, but don't prevent yourself from them, a single orgasm when you feel sore is fine.


    6- importent minerals and vitamins :

    - zinc
    - magnesium
    - vitamin d
    - omega 3
    - vitamin b12
    -vitamin b6

    I gave you a like because you gave it a crack, but,

    No, not good for you, if you have to eat animal products eat eggs, meat, chicken and dairy lower test and increase estrogens.

    Nah, at most once a week, it has mercury in it.

    Soy, what's wrong with soy, soy is good, does not increase estrogens.

    Why not?

    Sorry my man, but this whole list looks like it was written by someone who watches too much Dr. Oz. The science behind weight lifting more than an hour causing cortisol to undo your work is junk. Also the more frequently you lift, the more your body becomes adept at mitigating the cortisol, so.....

    And to recomend people eat pasta and pastries? Simple carbs are trash no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Simple carbs are linked to insulin resistance.

    You are dangerously uneducated on nutrition. You're spewing horrible info from the 50s. I'm a nurse with tons of time studying nutrition. I went from 370lbs to 250 and have added probably 20lbs of muscle on my frame. What are your credentials?

    Bigotry? Do you even know what the word means? Also as a nurse I corrected the HGb A1C of a multitude of my patients. From the 10+ range down to 6-8. You really should not be giving any advice because you watched a netflix documentary. And with your previous statements, it's clear you're now attempting to back track and pave over your total lack of knowledge.

  15. Lol, why no more than 1 hour? Are you talking about overtraining? In that case, we shouldn't just talk about training volume, but also about training intensity, adaptation level, rest, nutrition... A lot of people can take more than 1 hour of training without negative effects, so you are making an oversimplification.
    Anyway, I guess this thread is for noobs.
