    I have been doing cold approach in India for some time but it's hard to maintain the motivation because I feel like I am the only one who does it in India there is no one share my progress or discuss the theory. Reply if you have done anything like the cold approach or are eager to try, Peace.

    I have trye d many times it always fails me I find that it I push harder when I relapse the longer I can hold out. If I try to go food it is always lingering on my mind ever present.
