1:50:0 - Challenge your life in 1500 Days!

    Day 8 of the Challenge:
    The struggles caused some big family issues. I do feel sad about this. But it was a decision i had to take. I hope that we find a good solution in the future.

    My Milestone is related to that as well. I will start from now on to get rid of these "time wasters" in my life. My first steps will be to make them visible for me in my house.

    Start date 18.12.2019= 18 days
    Vision : i want to develop myself better leaving the bad habbits behind .I will progress in my proffesion and learn new things . I want to enjoy life better , even if its the same . I wish i can concentrate more on the others .
    REWARDS FOR COMPLETING
    1 YEAR - mountain equipment i always wanted
    2YEAR - trip to other country in Europe
    3 YEAR - taking my family for a week camping .
    4 YEAR -trip to Himalayas

    Massive reward for completing the challenge : I will create boudering climbing wall in the yard of my family house and let it for free use :)

  8. Checking.
    I've done a reflection on my time wasters and in order of importance:
    1) Losing time on YT(from 10 to 40 minutes per day everyday)
    2)Losing time because of indecision(up to 2 hours per week)
    Unfortunately 3) are my friends. they are unrealiable. we are supposed to do things that last like 2 hours. They're late or they waste time doing that and we lost and undefinied amount of time. I mean I can't quantify it because you know everyday is different but maybe for 2 weeks we don't waste a minute and then I waste 3 hours the same day.
    What am I doing?
    1) Deleted YT from my phone, I will use it only with PC to do something useful(going well)
    2) trying to recognize the sign of my wasting and forcing me to act(going very well)
    3) Try to detect the situations that will lead this and avoid them(going pretty bad, you never know when it'll happen but I am working on it

    Killed the the 1) 2) wasters.
    About to kill the 3)
    it costed me a bit of fight with friends, but I hope to lead them by example and the will follow me

  12. Well I am happy about that, I sticked with my resolution so I will keep it also in the 2nd month.
    I've no alarm clock since my "working day" starts in the afternoon but I wake always at 6 30/ 6 45
    I'll set my standards to always wake at 6 15/ 6 30.
    And no matter is winter in Italy I will use my bedroom's window. I like it that way.

    Men, the 2nd challenge is giving me a lot of drive and positive energy. I am astonished how much more productive while being joyful I am. Especially when the sun is shining :)

    I will implement the solutions from my "Kill the time-wasters list" step by step as well.

    Day 50 today for me in this challenge :) Only 1450 more to go. I still enjoy the great breathing exercise each morning. I feel more and more connected and can feel much more of a positive energy each day. I love it!

  17. Well the challenge is going very well, the exercise now is routine, maybe it's not always with the window open but I am keeping on doing it and it feel good, also because I start the day remembering to do it so it's like I've already done something
