"I cant control it" - yes, you can! Those words are not from you bro. That is your addiction 'talking'. It is desperate and will do ANYTHING to get a fix of dopamine! When you look at these pictures, you will be looking at their tits, butt's & camel toe. You have got to get your mind off pussy. You are pursuing p/subs and they are damaging and can lead to masturbation and watching hardcore sex. If self-control is an issue for you, then delete Facebook, Instagram & Twitter. Your future wellbeing is at stake buddy. Stop it!

  4. You can't control it if you believe so. Then, you CAN control it if you want. Just tell yourself "STOP" and don't do it. If urges come, then seek something else to do. Anything. After some time you'll forget about the problem. So, be a real man and face it like a man should.

  5. Think about it this way: your intentions are EXACTLY the same as seeking porn. Even worse, you are objectifying real people that you know. That's crossing the line from fantasy into reality. What would happen if they found out about it somehow? Do you really want to be "that guy?" The creepy one stalking women on the internet? Do yourself a favor and disable ALL your social media. Trust me, your life will be better because of it. I've been there, and my brain would try to justify anything. It doesn't matter that it's not technically porn. You are seeking out other avenues to get that same experience.

You got some valid points thanks. As for disabling social media I think that is extreme.

I tried it for a month. It was extreme and it was hard but it was a useful experiment. I went back to Facebook etc. but I was more thoughtful about the time I spent. I'm planning to do a dry month again soon.

You are right dboy, deleting social media is extreme. But some have HAD to do this because they could not control themselves. In your OP, you said: "I cannot control it". So, try mate. If you really can stop lusting after women who are dressed provocatively on those sites, that is good. But if you really cannot control yourself, follow the example of our brother @kropo82. Any sacrifice is worth it to break our slavery to the sexual objectification of women. As he said, you could do it for a period of time (e.g. the rest of this month). It all depends on how much you want to stop this. Think about it.

When you get over this, you going to think about all the time you wasted lusting after people on social media. It will disgust you. I say use that now as motivation to quit. Think about all the more productive ways in which you could be spending your time. Also, as someone else said, you don't want to continue being that "creepy online guy". Your female friends will find out. When that happens, you won't have anymore female friends. Information spreads among women like wildfire. Are sure you want to lose friendships to lust? Desperate times call for extreme measures. Take a long break from all social media and find a hobby. It will be tough but you can do it IF you choose to. It's all about self-discipline.

  11. Here's the thing: It's more complex than it just being you, or just being social media. You can have strong willpower, but you've essentially trained your brain that doing x will result in a reward. That reward system is a bitch to overcome. Right now, your Pavlov's dog, and social media is the bell. When that bell rings (you getting on social media), it's time to "eat" and your brain is already "salivating" in anticipation for the reward (hot girls to fap to). You need to take the bell away until your brain understands that's not what social media is for. It sounds extreme, but it's necessary for many people to remove the trigger completely. An even better tactic is to replace all the time you spend on social media with a hobby you enjoy. Eventually you might be able to return to social media, but I guarantee you will find it way less appealing after taking a long break.

  12. Cull your social media. I deleted all the porn stars, models and booty pages on Instagram.

Now it's just skateboarding, graffiti, family and friends again.
