    Hi guys,

    I wanted to ask some of you experiencing a severe foot fetish addiction, the type of addiction that cripple your life and your relationship. How do you cope with it? What are the main struggles you encounter? How would you describe your daily life with a foot fetish disorder. (I call it disorder when it becomes too severe).

    Severe here as well. I fed the monster though. Don't, and slowly each day less and less your thoughts go to it. DON'T feed the monster means P, perving in public.

    It started a long time ago with one P mag and I saw it. I was curious then it took over. It consumed me. Not very uncommon. I'm still in recovery and without triggering I'll say I've been trying NoFap for 8 plus months now with some streaks and you slowly stop sexualizing EVERYTHING. You can still appreciate a woman's beauty without thinking about sex. SO, while I'm still in recovery I will say the biggest benefit is it's not on my mind 24/7. One day at a time. STOP going to FF P. Control yourself and you will be so glad you did because I'd rather be free than chained to my laptop.
