I have found exercise is helpful in tiring you out and helping lessen the urges. Just picking up new hobbies if you can afford the time. I think remembering to give it time is important too, everyone's journey is going to look a bit different and take different amounts of time. Just as long as we all make it to recovery.

Day 22/90. I've been at this challenge for maybe 3 years now and while I sadly have not ever completed it yet, I have seen the positive impact it's had on me. I have gone from watching porn and masturbating twice a day to very briefly maybe once every few months or whenever I fail this challenge. I started here because I was unable to get erections with women, and while I still struggle with this, I have finally gotten to the point where I can have sex again. I have very slowly started to mentally and physically change and I know that if I stopped watching porn when I started this challenge I would be in a much better place. There will always be a struggle but it's all about progress. Don't beat yourself up when you fail, just take the necessary action to set yourself up for success because this will seriously impact your life. Keep at it!

Thank you for your support and encouragement here.

Now another challenge: 120 days. If completed, 150 days, 180 days etc.
