Are you actually also conditioned to fantasy?

    So we know a lot of guys with PIED are desensitized and conditioned to porn. But what about being conditioned to fantasy?

    The reason I was thinking this is the majority of the time I can maintain a solid erection while I am masturbating if I am fantasising about something. I generally always try to make my fantasises as realistic as possible. But they're sexual fantasies none the less.

    The thing is I thought PIED was supposed to be you need porn to get and maintain an erection? But for me this doesn't 100% seem to be the case.

    But the thing is even though I can get and maintain a solid erection when I masturbate if I am fantasising, why do I need fantasy to keep me hard? It's almost like I am also sexually conditioned to fantasy?

    The fantasies I take issue with, for myself, are the fantasies that are clearly based on, or influenced by extreme porn scenarios I’ve never personally experienced. I believe that when I’m not doing a no-PM reset, fantasies about favorite partners, or actual things that I’ve experienced and loved are really normal and healthy. Even dogs seem to have dreams about things that have happened to them.
