whats next after 90+ days no P

Discussion in 'Success Stories' started by Deleted Account, Dec 10, 2019.

  1. MO was initially easy when i refocused my imagination towards actual memories with my wife as well as hot wife-based fanatasies which I could also share with my wife later to get her hot for the act.

this did not last however, and it wasnt long until after giving up P that O by M became more difficult to achieve. the detoxing effect of no P was amazing to experience, but the reality quickly became that I could not MO without memories of P. this kept memories of P alive in my heart and mind as they continued to serve their function in spite of their absense.

it would seem therefore that I have to accept and allow the natural process unfold and let M die next. my hope is that if P can die a complete death in my life that the problem of ogling will become easier just like leaving M will be easier without P.

  3. im on day like 98 of no P.

i wasnt really sure how to classify it, but I see it as a success since my sights are now set on THE NEXT fight. I feel like i defeated the P part of it.

so ya, kinda looking to discuss next phase... now sure what forum is best suited to that..

  4. its a success in that i think ive been able to plot a course and determine as well that progress has occurred.

I too had to viauslize porn to MO. Because of that, the images of porn were stuck in my head for longer times, and temptations were stronger. So I decided to stop masturbation (with or without porn) at the beginning of my current streak. Good luck!

Congrats Simon! Has no P helped?? I’m considering doing an initial no PMO for a period, then follow with strictly no P for good. Not sure yet...

  7. well my ability AND desire to MO has decreased. this in spite of how sexually unavailable my wife has been during this time. (lots of chronic sickness)

so ya, I think no P is super effective detox, but make no mistake, P will survive in your heart through wistful nostalgia.

I'll say this, confessing our fantasies, between me and my wife, has mentally helped me remain focused on my wife. although my fantasies about my wife have not helped me MO, they have kept my heart directed towards her. and she likes to hear the elaborate scenarios too. so my eyes AND mind have been redirected towards my wife.

NOBODY wants to just be frustrated at their wife, so i stopped

If you have to visualize P in order to M, then don’t visualize P and you won’t M....and that takes care of the entire no PMO- a win, win, win.

I don't claim to be an expert or something. What I'm saying is from my own experience. For me masturbation was in the way of being porn free. If you can masturbate and still not have urges for porn, then I think it's alright to masturbate sometimes, but if you're like me and feel that masturbation is in your way to porn free life then I suggest you to not masturbate.
