    Guys I want the best for myself I really do. I realized how happy I can get when I’m on a streak, but I keep self destructing. Making it past day 7 is my hardest or biggest obstacle. After I relapsed for the first time, I’m starting to realizing it keeps happening and happening again. What can I do different because I need this more than anything.

    I have had long stretches over the last few years where I can never make it past the one week or two week mark. The reason is that the dopamine withdrawals are the worst at the one to two week mark for me. You may be experiencing the same thing. My best advice is that you have to push through. It’s really really hard. It sucks. But it seems to get a little easier every day past the two week mark.
