Distracted by Sex

Day 54 no PMO. I’m currently on my longest streak ever, but I’m having a really hard time. Running, cold showers, staying busy, reading, listening to podcasts, staying around people, eating and sleeping well, serving others. I also do not have social media, watch shows with sexual content, etc. so those triggers are not an issue. I think I’m doing it all. Yet I find myself miserable so often and this morning is no different. My mind seems to have a default setting of sexual thoughts. And it’s excruciating. It’s making it difficult to love my girlfriend well (we are waiting until marriage). I hate being so preoccupied with sex in my mind that I can’t focus on actually getting to know her. I want to think and contemplate deeper and more meaningful things, but I feel trapped. Any encouragement or advice on things I should try other than what I’m already doing?
