Sexual thoughts a symptom of porn addiction?

Without my will some unwanted thoughts(images) would come across my mind.Sexual thoughts.I fought it every time and I didn’t want them but they kept appearing.After a period of commitment therapy,now i am healed.I told my girlfriend about my problem and she blames me for those thoughts and she hates me now.
Could someone tell that it wasn’t me?That it was a psychological problem?
I am sad.
