Is this flatline?

I feel exactly the same.

 

Do you think fapping will heal you? It’s like cigarettes isn’t it?

 

I had most of those symptoms and others not in the list. I guess that is what they call the flatline. Other people speak about PAWS. I don't know what is the difference –if there is any, but yeah, many of us report those symptoms.

 

Do you feel better in 157 days? I notice newbies (with up to 90 days) are most vivid reporters here. What changes did you notice so far?

 

Before, I felt bad almost all the time.

Now I start feeling better, first I had a good day, then a week, then longer. I also had very low moments, specially bad for a month between days 40 and 70 and then again bad between days 120 and 140, and I guess I will have more bad moments.

 

Wow 20 days of constant struggle.

Better means stronger? It says that every time it becomes easier, that the hardest part is to keep it constant.

 

Better means able to enjoy life to me in this context.
