    I personally don't know when it stops,but i think they don't stop,but one thing is sure if you pmo free you will feel incomparable better than pmo user.

    I don't know if there is an age. I do feel (and maybe this is to state the obvious) it's easier when you're older as the urge is less forceful. I am doing this age 40 - would have found it much harder in my 20s...

    Thanks friends I was thinking more from benefits point of view but I guess semen is produced all our life and maybe as we age, it is produced at much lesser pace as compared to when we are young.....so yes age is nothing....lets just focus on NoFap!

    I would actually argue the opposite: the older you are the MORE benefit. My reasoning is that an ejaculation causes much more "depletion" for an older man. Therefore, each ejaculation you can "save" will help you more relative to a younger man.
