I have never even heard of this site until today. I have been battling with porn and masturbating for 8 years now.

I want to be free! It has ruined my mind my relationships, my self will, my confidence, and quite honestly I always feel depressed, lonely, and as if my life is worth nothing.

I don't even know what to do or where to start. I have tried so many methods. The only thing I have never tried is telling others and asking for help. So I guess that's what I am here for...

If anyone can help me and keep me accountable on this journey I would really appreciate it.
