Another quiet

Another easy day. I hope it continues that way...

 

Day 0

 

Day 0, daily check-in. This time i'll have the biggest streak of my life without PMO!

 

Day 7. Struggled with strong urges today but survived nonetheless

Starting to feel like my confident self again which is a good sign

 

Day3

 

Relapsed for a few days. Have to restart again. Urgh

 

Day 12/30

Didn't get time to check in yesterday. I was fairly tired so yeah. Smooth sailing today and yesterday because of my current cold.

Coincidentally, I Oed on Friday and got really sick through Saturday and now I'm having a bed day so if you believe in the superpowers of semen retention, my anecdote probably serves you as evidence

Clearly I messed up on the replies. Yesterday was day four. I've completed day 5/30 today.

 

Didn't update yesterday but all is good....day 14 done yesterday morning...day 15 done this morning......got to keep going...halfway there....a day at a time
