So I relapsed today. The prime reason is porn subs. I've been trying hard since about half a year still I can't do away with them. I haven't seen porn since a long time. The main reason of my relapses are only porn subs and are mostly intentional. I try hard to get rid of them but I can't.
Guys please tell me some ways to stop seeing them. I am really losing hope now.

Are you talking about NSFW subreddits? If so, I think that you should try and stay off reddit altogether. For me, it was too easy to view the NSFW pages if I was on reddit, so I decided to get off reddit and block it from my computer.
Also a general note, I've found that staying off the internet as much as you can will lead to less relapses. Try and spend your time doing hobbies or activities that don't require you to be online, so you won't be tempted to PMO.
Good luck man! We can do it

Yeah ffs, I second this. People want a magic pill without any effort or sacrifice. If reddit is a problem for you, then guess what: you can't use it anymore. The choice is yours - is that already all you are willing to give up in exchange for your freedom?

PS: Your life is better without reddit anyway, you are only winnig

If you use pluckeye blocker (free) you can still go to reddit, but you do not have to worry about psubs. It takes time to get used to the blocker though, it is a little extreme...

This guy said nothing about reddit btw.

@Genius 18 - you said in another post that you look at girls in bikinis. They may not be naked, but for YOU they are porn. Treat them as porn and be strict with yourself. Otherwise, you will keep masturbating and fantasising to these images or videos. o_O

I dealt with this. Searching for stuff on Instagram and YouTube. Taking it right up to the line and eventually crossing it. It’s just another prison. You have to re-frame it- If it triggers you you have to treat it like porn. That means it’s just a no go.

  7. Porn-subs are like semi-porn, today i find another porn-sub different from Instagram or ...
videos of girls dancing on YouTube, nudism art, i will avoid it, and do not read my book of art, f*ck art if it will destroy my life.

  8. I'll not use Reddit anymore, but will create a account because sometimes communities are created for some games on this and I'm interested on it.

Blocking doesn’t work. You will always find porn somewhere. That’s the worst in this addiction.
For what it’s worth, blocking for me can sometime be worse than no blocking. Because when I block some websites I will get the urge to try to find others and I always succeed. Also « helps » me discover new website that I wish I didn’t know.

I tried blocking all the main gateway site like reddit, used k9, reported hundreds of sites and I could still easily find porn, worst, the exact type of porn I wanted.

I don't block, but it works for some people. I've read reports here where blocking made the difference of weeks of success vs. seconds to relapse.

It helps my husband. I mean an alcoholic can always find a bar, but how stupid would he be to walk around with a flask of vodka in his pocket? The blockers are not intended to be an end all. For my husband just that little bit more of resistance gives him a few seconds/minutes to “ come to his senses”!

Oh yeah, a chick in a swim suit on youtube can easily be a trigger for me. Will be a sub first then lead to a full blown relapse.
