Why is there no thread?

Hello everyone, good to be here. I don't enter the noFapp community that often but basically I am on hard mode for two weeks now in the goal of self improvement , I have never been in a relationship and I used to fapp everyday from the day I discovered how my body work.
I realized only the last seven months how bad did it get and eventually being in quarantine and being aware of the dangers of masturbation to this extent I started the challenge. I was able to control myself since the first day and the hope for relationships with real women (one at the time, but more than a few ) as well as all the other benfits make it easy on me to get along.
it is the longest noFapp I have ever tried and I am willing to strike the 90+ point.

I have no idea how these threads work. Some groups have links saying not to post in some places because its publicly searchable. Others have no threads at all. I dont frequent many forums but theres gotta be a more streamlined clear way to do this lol
