    Few minutes ago I relapsed again.
    I was looking on YouTube about videos if porn damages you. Instead these videos told me that porn is not dangerous! NoFap and other "experiments" are not based on "scientific researches". They also said porn IMPROVES your life! I also talked about others about it. They dont think that porn ruins life. I dont know what should I believe right now! The NoFap community or all around me who say that porn isnt unhealthy?
    After this relapses I feeled good. Later I was a bit, only a bit ashamed that I masturbated. Of course do you say that porn is bad, thats why we are here. But what if porn itself isnt bad, it is getting bad if we use it 24/7?
    Right now I dont know what is right or wrong. I extra relapsed to see if it is bad for me or not. I still dont know. As I had a relationship, I never had a thought about porn. I really forgot it. But since I was single and alone again, porn was "there" again...

    sad to hear your relapse bro :(. but those racionalizations are typical of the post-relapse stage, kind like a settle in.

    porn is bad by itself, not only the excess of it. plus if it was bad just the excess, then try to have a moderate use of it. you´ll see that you can´t. addicts don´t control their substance use, that´s why their addicts.
