    My urge to PMO is connected to times when I feel a negative emotion: angry, upset, worried, scared. Or stressed out I want to PMO to make myself feel better because im used to that being my outlet but what should i do instead of PM To help me get through these things ??

  2. Meditating helps me when I get urges. I close my eyes for several minutes and think about affirmations that I practice (EG: I control my decisions, porn will not uplift you)
