My longest streak and first 30 days

Hey guys I actually just made this account like 10 minutes ago. But I am happy to say that this is my longest streak ever and first 30 day streak. It was actually harder than expected(no pun intended) but I plan to hopefully go the rest of my life without masturbating. A very bold statement, I know, considering since I did it once a day for a good while.

So quick introduction I guess Im 19 years old and a college student. I started nofap 2 months ago, my longest streak being 18 days, 2 days short of dropping a 20 bomb and this made me very mad. One of the main reasons I started doing NoFap is because it just hit me one day more or less from a youtube video. Basically I realized that pretty much all I did was jerk off play video games and I did not want to be a total loser and jerk off everyday so I decided to try to quit. Another reason is because of the benefits of it as well. Mainly increased confidence and I guess attraction from women(Ive been patiently waiting for the day I meet "the one", pretty lame ik lol). I mean Ive never been good with girls but I know how to talk to them and make them laugh and such but Im really shy so I figured why not give this a try. My last reason as to doing this and my main driving force for not touching my meat anymore is because in a prayer to God(I am not really religious but I believe in God, have a 100% faith and I do believe he has helped me at many times in my life) I essentially told him I will be giving it up. Weird I know but hey it keeps me from firing the musket.

Now I dont know too well about the benefits to be honest. No attention from women(yet, Im workin on that myself) but what I have noticed is increase in energy. I also think I have actually become a little more confident and I do not slouch as much as I used to anymore. I also actually keep eye contact instead of looking in some other direction. I have also cut down on smoking by A LOT(I used to smoke everyday)I definitely do feel a little better in general and I hope theres more benefits to come.

I wanna say I did experience flatline for I think 3 days and that was just horrible, but Im glad I got out of that and hopefully dont go through it again.

Anyways sorry for the random and unnecessary details, and poorly structured post lol but I just want to say thanks to NoFap and all the posts Ive read, I look forward to the future now and going into the new year I hope I do not do it at all. Im not looking for gratification or anything I just wanted to announce that I actually went 30 fuckin days without doing it and I honestly feel accomplished. To those on the same journey: good luck man. If I can do it you can fuckin do it too.

 

Tbh I forgot but it explained how you rather choose to masturbate then having intimacy with a woman. Idk it just made me feel like more of a loser bro haha

 

As cliche as it is, you have to think long term. Also if youre feeling good already just think of how you'll feel when you reboot.
