[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Igt I'm backs now one of my exam got postponed in jan 2020 due to some reason n I'm not gonna enter 2020 as a loser but wanna enter as a fighter. So challenge accepted.

 

I relapsed, heading to the 3 day challenge but will be back here soon!

 

Day 7/7!
I've gone through this process more than a few times (and not getting to day 7), so it's a relief.
Now on to the 14 day challenge. Wish me luck.

And best of luck to everyone still struggling here in the 7 day challenge. If you keep resetting -- it's par for the course. Just keep trying.

 

Days 4, 5 and 6 (today)! PMO-addiction is a definitely weird behavior, I've realized it well.
But for many years it was just normal for me. Like a teeth cleaning. It's so strange and beautiful - how dramatically attitude can change. Attitude is the point.

but I realized something

I should stop thinking about nofap, take more cold showers, and even though I relapsed, the urge to fap has mostly died out after I relapsed

In the upper part of the page there is bar with "Home", "Forums", "Groups", "Support the site", "Update Day Counter", ... . Click on the "Update Day Counter" and there you can set your goal and start date.

 

Didn't get to post yesterday. I've completed day 7/7 this morning. Heading over to the 14 day challenge
