    I can't effin believe that my church was right about porn and masturbation...

    It would have helped if they could explain *why*.

    Anything.. and I mean anything that is just too much fun and you feel like is such a rush and you feel worse after you havent had it in some time - most likely is always unhealthy. Avoid the rushes in life...porn, drugs, drinking, women in general (go mgtow!), awfully bad for you food, over spending what you cant afford to pay back, gambling, risk taking that could involve injury or death... the list goes on. As humans we are only supposed to seek joy in healthy ways by appreciating what we have, working hard, loving others, laughing at stupid harmless things, excercise, healthy diet, creativity, harmless hobbies, safe sport... you get the idea.

    Yes, I'm sure you're right, I have been thinking much the same. Anything which gives you cravings can't be too good for you.

    It's a long process though, for when you stop some kind of addiction, you get hit by the inner turmoil which that addiction was hiding.

    Yes. Hell, they can't even look at a woman's *face*!

    I do think such draconian suppression is... less than helpful, both to women and men.
