    For the first time after months, I was able to counter this strong urge to watch porn which always led to relapse whether it was day 2 or 6 or 12 or 20. I've never been able to fight it. But something changed in me. I feel stronger.
    I still feel the urge to fap but I don't want to give up now. Before when urges use to arise, I would give in so easily and fap. But I want to be productive and change the course of my life in 2020.
    When it comes to porn addiction for me, I know that the option is either to fix it or accept it.
    I choose to fix it and be disciplined enough to focus on other areas of my life.
    Discipline = Freedom

    Understand the source of your urges. If the source is indeed the repetitve behaviour that you used to do all your life, then yes, be disciplined and stop fap.
