I always get angry on my no pmo streaks.
As if m is a release of anger.
Is it just me or does anyone gets angry easily during semen retention?

  2. Not getting what our brains are craving often leads to frustration which can lead to anger and then to relapse to try and soothe the pain. We only grow when we face that pain head on and find better ways to deal with it.

Giving up porn is no different to giving up drugs, we all have the emotional side to contend with and for a while you will feel like a tourist passing through normality

Yes anger can easily build up during a streak. I've found that channeling my energy into more activities helps improve those feelings such as walking or reading a book

Yes, possibly a side effect from the abstinence and the testosteron build up.

I was able to finally drop addiction to smoking only after 2 years. For 2 years I was feeling urge. So, it will take a long time, but not permanent. And how do I resolve it. I don't follow this ideas, lol, I think logicaly where I need to enter open conflicts, not by emotions, especially caused by addictions. I don't see other way. And what causes - I don't like when I want something for hard and can't get it. It makes me feel powerless, feel fatality and anger. With porn too. I want it. For the whole day. But can't get, because I understand consequences.

Human beings can experience a wide range of emotions when you remove something that allows them to escape or gives them comfort. Anger, sadness, depression, panic, anxiety, frustration, ect....
