[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

I am back after restet at day 38 and then day 4. Now I am at day 2/7 again. The power I gained is not broken and I just did two resets. I stayed away from porn despite chaser effect and I am free of any araousing material since 44. I am fighting with hard urges, but realising that my new self-confidence and all the other benefits a not gone makes me stonger. I decided to change my rules. I set smaller goals, but reach them at any case. Therefore I am back for 7-Challange instead of 90 again now. Maybe reading this motivates others to not fall into binging with porn and massive orgasms after a reset. This is what I did throughout the last year and that made me loosing what I gained before.

After achieving 20 on the 30 days challenge I started relapsing hard. Couldn't even get to a week. So I'm starting from the bottom, the base challenge so I can reboot with less pressure. Day 0/7, go!
