French business man moving to the Philippines / Japan / China

Hello,

I'm a reborn Christian dispensationalist , saved permanently by God's grace through my faith only, when I heard, understood and trusted the good news of His finished bloody work at the cross for my justification. I'm sealed & baptized by the Holy Spirit into a new creature in Christ. I'm no Catholic nor Mormon nor Calvinist nor JW, I'm part of the body of Christ, His bride the Church worldwide reserved for the pre-tribulation Rapture. I'm a KJV Bible believing non-denominational Christian, but you can compartmentalize me as Evangelical Paulinian Protestant I guess lol.
I'm a challenged sinner because of Adam's sin. I'm a justified saint because of Jesus's cross. I'm not 100% perfect but I want to remain holy. Rejoicing for God's glory.

Financially speaking, I'm into passive income legal streams (e-commerce, dropshipping, real estate, business) and I work currently as a warehouseman the afternoons until night (9-10PM). From 8AM to 12PM, I would do dropshipping e-commerce (plus on weekends). I'll eventually invest in real estate for another steady positive revenue stream. My aim is to be financially free before I turn 25, get some private island in South East Asia or such, potentially live with my Christian wife as well

I love being out in the woods, at the lake, I don't use TV-radio-etc. (but smartphone, tablet or computer since I'm an 'infopreneur'), I don't smoke, don't drink alcohol nor sodas (no sugar except fruits ideally), I don't do drugs, don't play videogames, I'm interested in naturopathy, the word of God (KJV Bible), aquaponics (design and business), e-commerce, maybe I'll write a book and get royalties. I'm also into writing and 'composing' songs Christian hip-hop somehow if I may say on very rare occasions (only 5-6 tracks /12 written, with some instrumentals, cut with Audacity).

I'd like to expatriate in the Philippines (Bacolod City or Tagaytay) or Japan and maybe also China, growing in Christ evermore & enjoying His blessings..I'd like to build some church, well I thirst for any Christian fellowship.

I would consider old motion pictures since they're less perverted and more meaningful, but I hate the sex and blood shed parts so I'd rather still not watch haha. Maybe some Asian anime of the 80s-90s, I may watch "Initial D" idk. Overall I don't want to lose focus.

I think it's a pretty weird introduction but I want to be clear and honest with people. Well my questions would be:
_how specifically can I get a "green card" there and how long ?
_and is the country dirty with garbage and such ?
_and is there any good Christian communities (not Catholic, just true Bible believing, Paulinian) ?
_do people always dress light showing skin (legs, top) ?
_what are the best places (beach, mountain, cool climate, cities, restaurants)there ?
_are there Chinese people living there ?
_what about leeches and moskitos or cokroaches etc. ?
_your food recomendation ?
_can I live there permanently with my income streams from online business or real estates from France or outside the Philippines and not necessarily working at a job (because I start as a foreigner) and be ok with the tax laws (having my house/apt there and live as I want legally getting my income from my business even if online and French/International) maybe I should use TransferWise to get my money or sth like that ?
_are there private islands there for sale ?
_do people speak English (what is the main language) ?
_I would go for Bacolod or Tagaytay, which one is the coolest ?
