Finish! Thanks for your company and good luck for your journeys, guys. It is feasible if you focus on the right habits instead of on Nofap itself and the day counter. No matter what emotions will be arising, just stay with them and live through them. They have something important to tell you. Don't be ashamed to seek for help - an AP, a therapist, a group of fellow males (I've enlisted all of them!). No flight into distraction no more

I'll continue with Nofap till the end of the year (is there a 70-day-challenge?) although I feel I've already reached the point I needed to experience (well you never know what is possibly still to come). In 2020 I'll reestablish a healthy M practice then. See you there.

Day 46/60 - Why in the hell tv series needs to have so many boobs in them ? some are ok but whole fanservices scenes are sign of bad writing, and to think that i used to consider them fine.
