1 week finally. Feeling very strong. This week's been very busy but it's been a good thing, because it's kept me far from PMO. I'm gonna be out of town next week until next Thursday, so if I don't post until then, that's why.

Day 4: Holidays have been making it easier to not be focused on PMO thank goodness. I am feeling better about the fight for sobriety. Onwards and upwards and restored.

  16. day 2
so I decided that this is how I'm gonna do this
Ill be posting on 3 challenges, the 3 day, 7 day, and this one, the 90 day. And I'll be watching all of them.
I'll post everyday until day 7, then I'll post every week and month/30 days. I'll also post if I feel like it or want to, or if I relapse, therefore posting for day 0. The idea with the more Intermittent posting is to keep my mind off of porn, while still keeping the whole sense of accountability, community, and support. By actively going on anything related nofap, I think about not fapping, and by extension, I think about fapping.
My posts in the 90 day will typically be more in-depth.
I've recently (around 2-3 months ago) started going through the "1001 albums you need to hear before you die" list (the 2018 edition), to be more musically learned. Also, I've gotten into some prog bands, from The Alan Parsons Project to Gentle Giant and from Yes to Rush.

Proclamation by Gentle Giant is a really cool song man. (not a motivational song, unless your a megalomaniac or corrupt, the exact type of people we don't want motivated)

I'll probably make a playlist of all I've discovered recently, during my time on NoFap.
I'm using the (android) apps "Rewire Companion: Say No to Fap" and "Truple Web Filter", the latter is a very good blocker for your phone, I can't get a good blocker for my computer, so I just have to control myself. All the blockers I've seen are either permanent, or when I try them, they block something that isn't pornographic at all, which you can't have that when you have parents using the same computer as you.
Also, no web filter of any type should have a premium mode, c'mon man, seriously?
A bit before I started going through the 1001 albums, I also started reading Ivanhoe (which is a good book, by Sir Walter Scott), partly for a school book report, and also I've been going through a reading plan with the bible (I'm a christian, which was also part of the reason I started NoFap) My reading isn't mostly thanks to Nofap, as I've read alot my entire life, but now I'm alot more consistent.
Something I've noticed is that, even while trying and failing over and over again with nofap, I still feel a alot better then I did dinging my dong every 3 days then every day.
And read 12 rules for life
