Headaches and feeling dizzy from sexual thought , any help !!

    i get headaches whenever i have sexual thoughts . Any one can share their exp. plss

    On 40 day of NoFap . I have been experiencing headaches and kind of dizzy feeling in head from sexual thoughts . Apart from tht i am not having any happy and excited feeling .its goin on for two yrs . Anyone felt same ?

    I have anxcious feeling throughout day pls helpme.

    I've ben trying hard to keep clean thoughts and have zero fantasies etc. When I do think of erotic things now I can be left with a headache and feeling generally low. Like the dopamine hit is really bad for me now.
