Hi everyone. First I want to thank everyone for the support, and time everyone has taken to help each other. Also Happy Holidays!

I'll be nearing 180 days of hardmode in a week and there is something I have noticed in my journey. I'm 32 and started in Summer of 2019.

So before I started nofap, I was like most, very high libido, always thinking about women etc. Now I have reached a point where I have zero interest in women or sex. Is having zero libido considered normal while being on nofap?

I also noticed I have developed a "I don't give a____" attitude lately, and not afraid of saying "no" to people. Could this also be due to my nofap streak?

    Thanks again everyone!

    Thanks man!

Do you think it's normal what I'm going through?

    Congrats on your streak.

For me, rebooting makes me more attracted to women. But perhaps it's different for others, I don't know.

Yes I think what you are going through is normal. You may be having a late onset flatline. Which seems to be pretty common around here.

Flatline being zero libido? / interest in women?

    Thanks!

Yep. I personally have not experienced this but MANY people here have. It’s very common. I think it’s part of the healing process of the brain. The brain needs to get back to a normal and healthy response to sexuality after being stimulated artificially for so long. And this can manifest as a lack of libido for a period of time. Fear not. You are on the right track.
