    Demote me to an orc, I have failed.

    Everything was just fine and I had just started to believe maybe I could do this time, at the long last. Yet here I am, wanting to cry but have no idea how.

    My friends, brothers one lose after another came too heavy at last. I have endured till day 19 but each blow came heavier than the previous and all it took were those final trickles.

    Yet I know any of these are not excuses. I do not know anything but try again and again. Yet this crushes my soul, each time heavier.

    Check in for day the fourth. Caught myself fantasizing briefly this morning which is usually an early warning sign but I managed to stop myself within seconds. Not going to facilitate any fantasy in the mornings anymore because I know where it leads.

    Relapsed again. Maybe for the most of the world porn isnt a big problem in their life. But for me, us, its a big one. I cant explain it why. Maybe we just exaggerated? Even if studies cant proove that porn damages people,we fapstronauts can say that porn damages us!

    you´re adressing the problem in the wrong way. there is no "maybe i could do this time". what time? this is not an "all or nothing" competition. you have a cronic problem, not something you can rid off with time. what you´re trying to do is learn to live in abstinence, learning to live this day, only this day without using pmo. that´s it. that´s nofap. so see why on this late day you collapse. what was going on today? how can you prevent that from happening again? search for the answers bro, forget the numbers.

    i know that right now you´re frustrated with yourself and i understand that, but trust the process brother, sometimes we need the relapses to learn. you´ll naturally attain greater lenghs of clean time when you learn all the tools that you need to live day by day without pmo.

    on these 19 days your brain has rewired a bit more so not all was lost :). Learn with the fall and rise again my brother. we´re with you!
