New idea for improvement

    I started exercising and weight lifting few days ago,i have set of weights at home so i will use it.After December ends i will try to quit smoking and coffee,i hope i will be able to handle this.I m not sure will depression hit because i m smoker and coffee drinker 6+ years,or will some type of flatline hit (i m addicted to coffee and tobacco).I have quit alcohol year ago,i was drinking sometimes but i can't say it was my addiction,just a bad habit.I think i have win porn addiction so i will try to rise myself even more.

    That's the spirit man, rise above it. It can't take all of life's most wonderful experiences from us. We have to work real hard. Go hard in those weights, some endorphins will do a lot good for the boys. Just as you were good to quit drinking, you'll dumb smoking, PMO and coffee really fine.

    With alcohol i didn't have much problems too quit,i will quit coffee no doubt,but with tobacco will be hard :)
    How times go i will write here how this goes and do i m able to handle this.

    Day 1
    I done it successful,no tobacco,no coffee.
    But today i have stronger sexual urges than normal.
