    Good Night friends

    my journey has had its ups and downs, so far i can control and halt my need to watch P. I have successfully been able to stop. BUT i am still having problems with stopping M. i am still fighting the need to M. can anyone offer insight or advice based on their experience? (on how to to stop the need to M) etc ?

    should we stop the need to M after fully reboot?why?

    I'd say go for an 'easy mode' reboot (it's not easy!) and just abstain from porn. If you find (like me) that masturbation lures you back to porn then you'll need to rethink.

    Hey @RicardoL I hear you. A lot of us deal with this.
    Get more exercise, end all showers with a short period of cold water, eat less junk food ESPECIALLY SUGAR, get regular and sufficient sleep.

    as you said there is nothing wrong but i think the fact in my case that i have to for example every friggin night means i need to review

    i agree, i once made like 90 days plus on easy mode but i realized i have just forming an another habit, cus just like P before that. i would M and then feel like crap for the rest of the day

    thank you, that explains alot with that BOLD font, that's a problem right there! i think i have increased my sugar content in the last month lol
