    I'm thinking about sex when I wake up. I have sexual fantasies and I watched porn today. I don't do this on daily basis , but I'm afraid of addiction.
    Tomorrow shouldbe day 1.

    I'm on day 5 and haven't watched anything... It is difficult and I want release but I am going to make it though today.

    Sexual fantasies and porn are very addictive. I used them to escape from feeling bored or down. To stay clean tonight I am going to remodel some things around the house.

    Try using your pent up energy for some positive outcome!
