Have given it some thought and i might have to read abit more when an urge comes up, or doing some sort of training session, mostly it also helps to just get up from the couch or whatever and grab myself a cup of whatever fluid is avaliable :3

  3. Behave like a Super Saiyan than I'm sure you'll be ranked as one!
    ;)

  4. that sounds great! Have a look at @IAmLegion's profile posts if you want to know how effective exercise is to kill urges (from medical perspecitive).
How about porn blockers though? Or removing the worst triggers? Like sitting alone in a room, undisturbed, with high speed internet porn just one click away. - I think this is in general never a good idea, for people like me and you.
I'm convinced you'll do much better in 2020! You have a Saiyan Soul after all :)

Yeah im convinced im going to do better in 2020. Removing the biggest triggers yeah that could help. Its usually my own mind, thinking about it and then more thinking and BOOM. Gotta get past that thing.

  6. Of course it's your mind! We can change that, but it's a difficult, hard and long process. But what I'm talking about how you can make staying abstinent easier and relapse less likely by changing something in your environment. But maybe I misunderstand your situation..

Yes, I know it's still possible to relapse after the removal of every possibility to access porn. I've been there! I tried a popular blocking software (forgot the name), set a password and threw it away. What happend? I broke into my own computer, surpassing the blocking tool, and watched porn.

I lived without computer and without smartphone for a while. I had my data on sticks and a floppy disk and used an old mobile phone. So I could only use internet in public space. What happened? I broke the rules, I bought new stuff before the deadline, with some lame excuse. And I watched porn.

I have watched porn at home (obv), I've watched porn at my parent's place, I've watched porn at two of my friends place, I've watched porn at my ex gf place- when we were together and afterwards, I've watched or downloaded porn in the University and in Cafés.
Two times in my life I even PMO'd in one of those dirty red light cabines. Crap!

I should mention I never did public masturbation things.

WOW, nofap really screwed me up lol - before I just used my own internet connection, not that of some bloody strangers.
Seriously, looking back I realize how much better it has become. In my first year of nofap urges sometimes were extreme. I remember when I was in the woods - hiking for a day plus some exercise - no temptation anywhere near, just me and mother nature - but my mind started to go crazy. I just couldn't stop thinking about sex. And I don't have to tell you where it ended ...

So I've learned that the mind has to cooperate. You can't just dictate "from tomorrow no internet" or something like that (it might be worth a try though)
I can't trust myself either, so I still use some harsh measures. But not that extreme anymore. After all, I want to learn to live normally - in a way.

Well, what can I say? To this point I'm not really successfull with my reboot.
But I think as well: I will be better in 2020!

There are some things I have learned. For example: I'm an hopeless optimist - and that's aweseome!
We can never look into the future so we don't know if our expectations will become reality. We have no guarantee at all and everyone of us has experienced enough disappointment already to have reason for doubt and pessimism.
But pessimism is only good for one thing: it guards from disappointment. So one should be able to handle negative results and one should be optimisitic!
    Curb your disappointment, Larry!

I tend to find it easier to go the days when i just put the computer on Sleep mode and focus on Tv shows and the likes, or reading. Im distracting myself as it is when its on cuz of social media and stuff like that.

Besides i never do porn when on phone or console even so thats a plus.

  19. @Invincible Under The Sun Hey man. Honestly I've forgot how it really works. Maybe it's another challange that's messing my head up or this challange requires me to be in it since day 1? I mean if not, then I'm at the day 121. Just a month until Super Saiyan God.
