Did I relapse

What do you mean by 'saw' (how long, was it part of a non porn story?) and what is the criteria of your quit?

 

For me if you didn’t search actievly for this , it can not be considered as a relapse

 

The relapse is about activating the elder neuropathways by searching actively on P or other explicit contents , but we are living in a crazy community and these contents are available every where so it depends on your reaction once you are exposed , any way the purpose is to not active the eld neuropathways of dopamine so they can shrink , and lead your prefrontal cortex to a better control of your behaviours , keep going man 47 days is a great achievment

 

relapse = seek out porn -> masturbate to it -> ejaculate.

If you didn't complete these 3 steps it can't be considered a relapse. So don't stress to much over it. Keep going
