Day 6/60 complete! Have started feeling motivated.

 

Check in day 51/60 feeling alot better than I did 51 days ago but still struggling with anxiety and sleep problems, any tips for sleep are welcome

Feels good to hear that too

 

Exercising is the key. If you are weak due to this bad habit, then start with walking.
I have read many places from many brothers that walking is the best exercise.

 

Day 3 was good, I was busy in office with some work and some play.
I watched a video about the things that you need to do every morning to have a great day.
I will share some points from that video.
1) Have gratitude, be happy and feel great about the things you have.
2) Show kindness to all.
3) Look for positive things in people. Everyone has few negative things, ignore those.
4) Do small things perfectly.
5) Thank God.

Day 3

 

Day 4 was good, I was in the good mood for most of the day. I have not completed few tasks at work, hence, started feeling bit sad. In the night met my cousin and spent some fun time.
Happy New year to all brothers.
Let's all break this addiction.
Avoid all temptations.
Let this be our resolution, for the new year.
