    Hey man,

Well it’s hard to explain whether I’m experiencing withdrawal still or something else.
Over the last 5-6 months I’ve had this horrible fatigue, alongside other physical symptoms like body aches, concentration problems and frequent cold and flu like symptoms all the time and I’m pretty sure it’s Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Saw my doctor and as you maybe know it’s a really tricky thing to diagnose.
But it’s also affecting my mood and willingness to stay away from ‘P’.
Earlier in the year I felt better and was improving well, so I don’t know what to do really!?

  2. Are you healed by now man? it's been a year since your original post.

Hey! Sorry for the late response.
I’ve been trying to focus on other things lately but still I’m struggling a lot with symptoms. Now these symptoms are ones that are related to withdrawal but I’m almost 100% sure that I’m not in withdrawal but in fact my body seems to stuck in a constant fight or flight state! This would explain the panic attacks and Anhedonia I feel very often and the fatigue.

At around the 8 month mark, over a year ago now I felt much better and started to enjoy life again, but during the end of 2018 I think I pushed myself too hard at work and at the gym and wasn’t really allowing my body to fully relax and by spring of 2019 I often felt “wired but tired” if that makes any sense!? So since then I’ve been having frequent panic attacks in social situations, ones that I would normally feel fine with and a constant feeling of anhedonia. I feel dead inside all the time and it’s affecting my relationships with family and friends, not to mention my girlfriend and I thinking about breaking up due to the distance we both feel. I’m really not sure what the first step is that I can take in order to feel better.

I’m 20 months without ‘P’ but have MO a lot throughout this time and not managed to achieve more than 2 months without M, but I also have a girlfriend and we have sex whenever we see each other ( long distance relationship) once a month or so.

  9. I would be careful trying that, even I suggested it too in past. As I know well somewhere i read Dr. David Berceli got connections with New Age movement. For me that a big no to do those exercises!

Anyway If I would need to bet I would say that you experiencing no emotions / constant fight or flight mode comes from being triggered. If you spend 48 hours in a new enviroment where you never pmoed, and suddenly your symptoms become less, or more heavy then it means you being constantly triggered in your current enviroment.

In which period will you have normal erections again with a girl at 3 months, at 6 months at 9 and during this period you must go to a psychologist to prescribe some medication to have sex with your partner? Since I have a girlfriend and it does not make me hard for pornography but I have not seen her for a month. thanks
