Hocd Update

  1. What’s up with you guys?
    I’m doing horribly bad!
    So I have been suffering from hocd since August 2019 and yeah it sucks.
    My quality of life is hella low rn. ( It’s always been low, but now it’s at its worst )
    To start with, I’m not productive whatsoever. The most productive thing that I did yesterday was taking a shower and reading a book, that’s it pretty much ( for the most part I waste my time on ocd forums/ YouTube). Also, I watch porn on a daily basis like there’s no tomorrow, it’s got to the point where I feel pain in balls and stomach after jerking off ( I haven’t got escalated to gay porn yet, but I feel like I will if I keep on jerking off, so frequently ). As for my attraction to women, it’s gone cuz of hocd and porn ( I have watched it too much, I guess I’m desensitized to it as I don’t get as excited as I used to ) . In terms of hocd, well I still doubt my sexuality 24/ non-stop , fortunately or nah without any anxiety or distress. For some reason literally every dude seems attractive and recently I have started to notice their cocks, lol. ( I don’t get aroused by the idea of having sex with a man or anything like that ) .
    All in all, I think that my porn addiction plays a huge role in my hocd, although it’s not porn induced ( my hocd started cuz of a gay dude, who told me that u could become gay at the drop of a hat ) . So yeah, I have just relapsed, but I’m not giving up, also I think about starting a journal here, so I could stay motivated somehow. And yeah, I forgot to mention that I’m 17, any thoughts???
