    I'm gobsmacked! So I was shopping in a mall, there was a woman standing there outside of a coffee shop looking abit upset on her phone. So I went into another shop for abit came out an she was still there. So I went over and said 'If he doesnt turn up ill take you for a coffee?' *she could of had a bf I just took the risk* She laughed and replied 'oh no im waiting for a friend and shes running late' So i said ahh ok then can I have your number then I can still take you for a coffee another day? AN SHE GAVE ME IT!! WTF I am arranging to meet her on saturday. Now I dont know if nofap had any bearing on what happend but the confidence it took to go over is something I would never have done! I texted her and said what made you give me your number she said you seem very confident! All the best guys NOFAP is a wonder for confidence.

    Whilst fapping BTW I had zero confidence speaking to woman made me shake and fell physically sick upon approaching the girl I still felt slight nerves but my body was able to manage the nerves and convert it into confidence was a strange feeling. Its like my brain has opened certain pathways that werent there when i was flooding it with dopamine

    Very nice. That was a huge win for you, congratulations. Gaining confidence is one of the main reasons I started NoFap and I can confirm that it's legit. I hope something nice will come out of your meeting.

    That's cool man. I too had times when I started really strong with girls and impressed them in a good way thanks to nofap.
    But for me problem was not the start but going past influtation when girls startet to know me better. PMO took its toll in my life by making me less ambitious and slowing down achieve what others would see as a normal life.

    But it's great that you starting to get out there and date. That could give a lot of motivation not just for nofap but also for life. It's important don't let failures get you down but keep trying, improving, living and NoFap lol.

    sounds wonderful, yeah I had something similar before, even chatted up and dated a girl I met on a train who was quite a bit older than me (I like older girls). Hopefully I'll get back there in a month after being pure for some time

    This is such a great story. I grieve for all the opportunities I let go in my younger days because I either didn't pick up on a girl's interest signals or I was too chickens**t from PMOing to man up and take action. Good on you and I hope you get to see her some more.
