Deathgrip can be cured, so don't worry.
The mind, however, is a bit more complicated. It can heal, no doubt, but unlike the penis, which recovers through mere abstinence, the mind requires thought, action and habit to change. Not an easy route.

Idk what that is and I don't wanna google it because it might lead me down a bad road (it's night by me and I usually relapse at this hour), but breve sounds like it's related to "brevis", an anatomical term used to mean "short". It also makes sense why you say circumcision is a treatment for the condition. Is my logic correct?

  2. Yea I don't know if you're circumcised or not but my foreskin is tight and I can't fully retract it when erect or it hurts. So I know I'll have to get circumcised though I really wish I wouldn't have to be. Who knows maybe it will be even worse in terms of sensations after the surgery (I have delayed ejaculation and poor sensitivity).

I been abstaining from PM for 130 days now. My D healed but it's slightly bent to the left and I'm quite sure it's because of my deathgrip without lub for 15+ years. I probably caused microscars to the tissue and the blood can't fully inflate the left side as well as the right side or whatever. I'm afraid I'll have to do with that for the rest od my life but there's nothing more I can do now but abstain.

The DE, oddly enough, might work to your favour in this case. I would certainly recommend you get yourself circumcised at your earliest opportunity; your irregular method of MO might be due, in part, to your condition. Also, as you enter recovery from the surgery, your penis will heal to a level of sensitivity appropriate to your new... condition. You won't notice much of a difference this way, except for irritation. Yes... circumcision any later than pubery can prove to be a very irritating and somewhat painful choice. In your case, however, it seems to be a necessity. Go through with it :)

I cannot comment on the second paragraph as I am not yet knowledgeable or experienced enough to give a correct answer on it. Still, quitting will only aid recovery. Let's see what your doctor tells you :)

I'll chime in on recovery. I use Aquaphor which is thick like petroleum jelly. Just coating the problem area or I do my entire shaft and head will restore your skin and bring back softness to your skin. As far as you guys talking about circumcision RUN Forrest RUN. I have tried for years to restore mine too regain lost sensitive. There are typically exercises you can perform to correct those issues. The loss you will experience will not reversed.

  5. Thanks but I'll have to get my frenulum removed there's no way around it. For the foreskin well it's too tight and I have no idea how they can extend it. But I'll see what the doctor says.

Is it really OK to apply petroleum on your dick man? I use shea butter and coconut oil and it's fine, but petroleum?

I guess when I say it that it is petroleum-based it is a little scary. It's just more of a thick salve that holds a lot of moisture into your skin and seals and protects your skin. I know the front of his required for the foreskin to work properly. It's also the place that has the most nerves for us guys very similar to a woman in her clitoris. In fact I think comparing the two they're both essentially identical just on different anatomy. I know you can do stretching techniques for your foreskin. They have devices with balloons that you inflate within your foreskin. I know they have steroid cream that helps the skin stretch a little bit. I've actually stretched enough of my skin to essentially have coverage like I had foreskin but it just does not function as it would have naturally. I know it's fairly divided on cut versus uncut and most people seem to think the grass is always greener on the other side. I know there's a lot of sensitivity issues. And it doesn't seem to be a lot of evidence of people having it done later in life and being able to compare at least long-term results of having that done. I hope whichever path you take at work successfully for you and you don't have any other issues.

I understand that circumcision makes the penis a lot less sensitive. So the good news if you get cut is you'll find it a lot less rewarding to masturbate and you're also less likely to ejaculate.

Probably, unless you're in the habit of smoking while naked.
