100 days NOFAP

    Hello guys today i have reached 100 days on nofap,i am very proud of myself because this is on my first try without relapsing once.

    Before i used to masturbate 7 times a day and now 0,my motivation is as high as when i started nofap.

    I didnt find a new benefit since day 90 so if you want to learn my benefits till now,you can go and read my previous thread.Guys is not that difficult to stop this addiction just keep yourself motivated all the time,read success stories and watch youtube videos.

    Have a happy new year and stay strong(My english are getting worse and worse as the time passes sorry for that)

    You deserve huge respect for your willpower. I know how hard it is to stop doing that after doing it a few times per day. But now I can even sit alone in my room with my laptop and I feel disgusted when I think about it. Congratulations, 100 days is a huge success.
