    Okay so im 33 and have had maybe a few wetdreams my entire life. But over the last month ive had like three. One of them i woke up feeling the pumping action of an orgasm but no ejaculation. My prostate and balls hurt so bad and i was so incredibly horny i MOd just to get some relief. The others however were different. I ejaculated but didnt know if i had a dopamine dump or not because of the timeing of how i woke up. This scares me though because i dont know if its going to make my recovery longer and or if i start my count over. Im sure its just sexual frustration manifesting itself in my dreams. Wondering if yall had any issues with it at all?

    Ok it's normal, mostly nightfall occurs consecutively on nofap before flatline, I've had nightfall every 2nd day within the week before it stopped for 15 days. It's not "sexual frustration", it's porn. Don't reset your counter for a nightfall. Mostly nightfall only happens on first few streaks, after that it is negligible or when you reach a higher day count of over 60 days it almost disappears, everyday is more stable afterwards and it almost doesn't affect you at all.

    I think this is a process in your NoFap Journey. In my opinion, an natural thing you had before being an addict comes back is a sign of progress :)

    Don't MO after the nightfall, it's a chaser effect...nightfall is natural but MO ing after that is going to slow down your recovery a lot! All the best!
