    I have been a porn addict since I was 12 years old, I am 21 now and I want to quit porn.

    I have emotional numbness/blunting, anhedonia, brain-fog for almost 3 months but I started nofap yesterday.

    has anyone had success feeling emotions again after they quit porn ? I haven't felt sadness, anger, happiness for almost 4 months.
    1. I am really new to nofap and have no idea what to do? just sitting there and waiting for the flair to hit the goal day ?
    2. what withdrawals should I expect ?
    3. how long do they take to go away ?
    4. what is PMO ?

    your helps will be really appreciated.

    Be happy you spotted the problem early. I started in my teens but back then it was videocassettes and you had to go rent them from video shops. They always have a back room for porn and people would look at you if you went in. Lol. Wasn't until I was in colege that I discovered the new fangled internet porn. That was amazing at the time.
