I have a few victories to report: Got a nice sale yesterday. I'm still behind my monthly quota but for the first time in months I felt at times outgoing and focused at work yesterday. I got on the phone and made a few calls. Slept like a baby last night. I was asleep at 10:30 PM and for the first time in the past 2 weeks I slept through 6 AM: no vivid or weird dreams, no urges, no middle-of-the-night wakeups. What a difference a great night's sleep makes! I woke up this morning feeling clear and rejuvenated. This is my first great night of rest since tapering down to .25 mg. alprazolam.
Its so satisfying to see everyone checking in increasing there streak number. Good luck to all of you.
Checking in DAY 13. I feel much better today and the last two days. I have been doing a lot of praying and meditating (20 minutes the past two days) and I feel that having this time of clarity has really made my outlook better. crushed my workouts this week and my meal intake has been the cleanest it’s ever been. Water intake is on point, and I’ve got down half an album on the guitar in the past two nights. one more day until the next status. 87 to main goal.

Sounds like your off to a solid start. How do you learn so fast on guitar? I am trying to get good on my acoustic.
Check-in day 26 (38 overall) Same as yesterday though. In trying the positivity thing @Kratos_GOW and the Mrs is saying the same. Doesn't make it happen though. Total mood swings at the moment.
